Reiki therapy uses electromagnetic & spiritual bodies to guide your life force energy systems in order to promote balance and healing in the body & mind.

Just relax and enjoy the moment- be open to exploring all five of your senses. Some people describe reiki as a “tingling meditation.”

Set an intention for your session prior to coming in. This can be anything you like, but a great place to start is setting the intention of allowing guides to show you where they can be of assistance in your life. You can come prepared with a specific question in mind that you would like help gaining spiritual insight on.

Make sure you allow 60 min. of uninterrupted time for our session. I will be guiding you through a meditation so please be in a space free from distraction (including pets and loved ones).

I recommend being somewhere you can lay down or sit comfortably for an extended period of time.

You do not need anything other than a computer for the virtual session.

Below are some helpful tools to allow you to relax for the session. None of these items are required:

• blanket if you tend to get cold

• eye mask/covering

• incense/sage/candle

• water bottle or tea to sip on

• headphones to help drown out distractions and noise
